December 20, 1923 - August 23, 2011. Wing Shui Tam was born in Kai Ping, China, he went to Hong Kong in 1960 and worked in Watsons company. He and his family migrated to U.S. in 1971, his first wife died in 1977 and he remarried with Bow Wah in 1980. He worked as the chef in Chinese Senior Center for the city of Phoenix from 1984 and retired with honor in 2005. He is survived by his wife Bow Wah, son Alfred, daughters Tammy, Helen, Vivian, Connie, Cindy, and Amy, also 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., with a funeral service at 10:00 a.m., on Sunday, September 4, 2011, at Greenwood Memory Lawn Serenity Chapel, 2300 W. Van Buren St., Phoenix, AZ 85009.
