Woodrow Wayne Sands, 93, passed away on June 29, 2015. A graveside service will be held at 9:30AM, Friday, September 18th at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. On Saturday, September 19th, a memorial gathering will be held at 9:30AM at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd in Phoenix.
