Alice Faye Gilliland, 75, went to be with her Lord Saturday December, 24, 2017 in Greenville. She is the wife of the late Archie Leon Gilliland and daughter of the late Mildred Poole.
Mrs. Gilliland had a passion for cooking and cooked for most of her life. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include four sons; Phillip Scott Bennett and his wife Vickie of Greer, Ralph Kelley and his wife Haley of Pickens, Shawn Levie of Oklahoma, Charlie Levie of North Carolina, and one daughter; Tammie Levie of Alabama. Mrs. Gilliland also leaves nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren to share in her memory. In addition to her mother and husband she is predeceased by a daughter Cathy Capps.
A visitation will be held in the mausoleum at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens on Thursday December 28, 2017 from 11am until 12pm with services to follow at 12 also in the mausoleum IV. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens.
