Mr. Billy J Esuary

Billy was born in Pickens, South Carolina on September 28, 1934 to the late Clayton and Julia Brown Esuary. He was a kind man who would give you the shirt of his back if you needed it. Mr. Esuary was very family oriented and loved spending time with his family. He was a great outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Mr. Esuary is survived by two sons: Charles Esuary of Ware Shoals and Tony Esuary of Pickens; one granddaughter: Sunshine "Mis" Simmons; three great-grandchildren: Cory Allen Simmons (Christi), Heather Melissa Durham (Brandon), and Brooklyn Leigh Robitaille (Hunter); 10 great-great-grandchildren: Colt, Lakely, Cash, Addison, Cayson, Abraham, Aiden, Daniel, Maci, and Paisley; and four brothers: Tommy Esuary, Jackie Esuary, Alton Esuary, and Jimmy Esuary.

In addition to his parents, Billy is preceded in death by his loving wife of 66 years: Peggy J. Esuary; one brother: Bobby Esuary; and one sister: Betty Gillespie.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 1, 2022 in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with entombment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:45 PM prior to the service.
