Liberty – Billy Ray Hall, 76, husband of Geneva Elizabeth “Lib” Stancil Hall, passed from this life on Wednesday December 13, 2017. Billy was born in Spartanburg County, a son of the late Eugene and Mamie Peyton Hall. He was retired from the School District of Greenville County as a security guard and dispatcher. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Lib Hall of the home and a half-brother, Leroy McCurley of Anderson. The family will receive friends at Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens on Friday, December 15, 2017 from 2:30 to 3:30 PM with a graveside service following at 3:30 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens with Reverend Hazel Kirby officiating.
