

Born on December 5, 1933, in Alabama, Blanche was the daughter of the late Leola Ledora Farley and Aaron Claude Farley.
A devoted member of Fairview Baptist Church in Six Mile, Blanche lived a life rooted in faith, family, and simple joys. She found happiness in the kitchen, in the garden, and by the water with a fishing rod in hand. Known for her incredible homemade cakes, she brought warmth and sweetness to every gathering and left lasting memories for all who knew her.
Blanche is lovingly remembered by her children: Sharon Hare Moore (Mike), Harvey Hare, Robert Hare (Tracey), Greg Hare (Lorie), Tracy Hare Fillar (Rich), Alan Hare (Stacy), and Clint Hare (Jessi). She also leaves behind a legacy of love in her 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Hare, with whom she shared 56 cherished years.
Blanche’s life was a testament to resilience, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Services will be held privately at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
