Born on October 18, 1974, in Buffalo, New York, he was the son of Patricia Schweikart Eich and the late Nelson George Eich.
Brandon grew up in Springville, located in Western New York, where his passion for building began at a very young age. Through years of hands-on experience, he developed a deep love for homebuilding and construction, turning an early interest into a lifelong passion for creating quality homes. As a fourth-generation builder, his passion for construction remained strong, ultimately inspiring him to start his own business, Ike Construction, where he continued to develop his skills and knowledge in the building industry. Following Ike Construction, he decided to pursue his calling to serve his community as a Lieutenant with the South Carolina Department of Corrections officer, embracing a role dedicated to helping others. Later, he founded The Stillwater Group LLC. For over eight years, Brandon has helped build numerous homes and bring projects to life, continuing his family’s legacy of craftsmanship, hard work, and dedication to quality construction. Though he followed his dream of becoming a business owner, he continued to follow his calling of serving his community as a Reserve Police Officer with the Pickens Police Department.
Brandon was a devoted, hardworking, and loving man who meant so much to his family, friends, and community. His larger-than-life personality shone through in everything he did, and whenever someone was in need, he was always there to lend a hand. Brandon found joy in life’s simple pleasures, whether spending time outdoors fishing by a river or taking his daily ride around the farm he loved. Above all, his greatest joy was his family. The time they shared together created memories that will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
In addition to his mother, Brandon is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa Eich; daughter, Felicia Eich (Josh Ashley); son, Ashton Eich (Alexa Weego); bonus children: Patrick Pace (Hannah), Susanna Hughey (Travis), Maria Pace, Aaron Pace, Nathan Pace, and Katie Pace; he was the proudest papa to his grandchildren: Izabella Ashley, Sam Pace, Tristan Ashley, Eden Pace, Allison Eich, Madalyn Ashley, Bo Pace, Willa Pace, Wyatt Ashley, Cole Eich, Lianna Hughey, and one on the way, Sevarina Eich; sisters: Kristie Warner (Robert), Billie Jo Center (Travis), and Shellie Mills (Brent).
