Mr. Bruce White Griffin

Mr. Bruce White Griffin,67, of Pickens went to be with his Lord and Savior surrounded by his loving family Friday February 28, 2020. Born in Pickens, South Carolina he is the son of the late Columbus Griffin and Sarah Stegall Griffin, and wife of Betty Jean Grant Griffin.

Bruce enjoyed coin collecting, watching his sons dirt track race, but most of all enjoyed his loving and precious family.

Bruce is survived by his loving wife Betty of 47 years, two sons; Barry Griffin (Jennifer) of Pickens, South Carolina, Benji Griffin (Stacey) of Liberty, South Carolina, A daughter; Barbara Pilgrim (Tony) of Liberty, South Carolina, three brothers; Kenneth Griffin (Karen) of Easley, South Carolina, Gerald Griffin of Liberty, South Carolina, and Terry Griffin (Janet) of Easley, South Carolina. Bruce also leaves two precious grandchildren to share in his memory; Payton Griffin and Kole Griffin. He is predeceased by his parents Columbus and Sarah as well as three brothers; Jimmy Griffin, Joe Frank Griffin, Columbus Griffin Jr. and a sister; Pat Pace.

A visitation will be held Monday March 2, 2020 12pm until 2pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens, South Carolina. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2pm officiated by Pastor Kenny Griffin and Chaplin Jeff Doughty. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Pickens South Carolina.
