Carolyn “Tine” Michael, 71, passed away on Wednesday January 24, 2018. She is the wife of George Michael and the daughter of Aileen Rowland and the late Ernest Rowland.
Mrs. Michael is a retired hairdresser, and a member of Deliverance Tabernacle Church of God.
Survivors include her mother and husband George of 38 years, as well as four sons; Gene Duncan of Norris, S.C., Bobby Duncan of Norris, S.C. Brad Michael of Liberty, S.C, David Michael ( KaRon) of Manchester, Ga, , two daughters; Sheryl Shankles (Gary) of Kansas City, Kansas, Vannetta Bird of Bayanne, New Jersey and a sister Cindy Dabbs (Tim) of Laurens. Mrs. Michael also leaves eight grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her father and sister Vickie Parson.
A visitation will be held Friday January 26, 2018 6p, until 8pm. Service will be Saturday 11:30 am January 27, 2018 in the Dillard Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Hillcrest memorial Park and Gardens.
