I met Frances through my aunt, Sybil Kelly Frazier, and thoroughly enjoyed knowing her. When Sybil, Patsy and the their church visited Huntsville, AL, the 3 of them stayed with us. She was a very dear friend to Sybil and would let me know from time to time how Sybil was doing. I'm so sorry for your loss and I feel so blessed to have know her.
