Gladys E. Stansell Easley, SC Gladys Edens Stansell, 83, of Easley and wife of the late Quillen Thomas “Q.T.” Stansell passed away Friday, October 17, 2014. Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Ola Keith Edens. Mrs. Stansell was retired from Milliken (Judson Plant) and was a member of Enon Baptist Church. She also volunteered for several years with Baptist Easley Hospital. Surviving are her niece, Paula Haskett; two grandchildren, Mandy Copeland and Nathan Haskett; and three great grandchildren, Kaylee and Rilee Copeland and Piper Haskett. Mrs. Stansell was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with entombment to follow in the mausoleum of Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
