Glenn I. Thomas Pickens – Glenn Inman Thomas, 78, passed from this life on Thursday, October 20, 2016. Mr. Thomas was born in Brevard, NC, a son of the late Edward and Polly Irene Moss Thomas. He was retired from Mayfair Mills, Glenwood Division and he was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. Survivors include daughters, Lynn Morand and Glenda Thomas both of Pickens and sisters, Lois White, Stella Breedlove, and Nettie Mae Breedlove all of Pickens and 2 grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by sons, Lewis and Eddie Thomas, grandson, Max Moran and a sister, Blanche Miller Phillips. A memorial service will be held 2 PM Sunday at New Hope Baptist Church. Burial will be at a later date.
