Those who knew Jacqueline knew love, strong faith, courage, patriotism, kindness, and humility. You would never see her without a smile on her face. Jacqueline had a very adventurous spirit. Jacqueline graduated from James Monroe High school, studied Business Administration and Management at LA Valley College, Earned Magna Cum Laude with her BA in Speech Communication with options in PR/Personnel from CSUN in 1981 and went on to earn her MBA at Pepperdine University in 1987.

Her work ethic, commitment to servicing the community in any way possible from homeless shelters to charity events, and the love she had for her family was unmatched.
Jax’s voice was unforgettable, from her booming laugh, to her angelic singing, and amazing ability to give a speech off-the-cuff and touch the hearts of every person in the room. She is survived by her Husband Jeff Turk and her two daughters Grace and Celeste Rains-Turk. We appreciate all the love, support, and memories shared thus far.
