He was the son of the late Robert E. Culbertson and Helen Banks Culbertson of Batesburg, SC. He leaves behind his loving wife of 50 years, Faith W Culbertson, his son Chris Culbertson, and a brother, Robert Culbertson.
He led his life filled with love for his family and church. He was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church in Easley, SC, and volunteered with their Men In Action group. Ken had a close knit group of friends and relatives that were so dear to him. His favorite pastimes were fishing, camping, restoring old cars, and riding around the neighborhood on his Gamecock golf cart, but he was best known for his stories. It was often difficult to tell if they were true, but when they did seem believable, he just kept adding to the story.
His legacy will live on through the many friends and loved ones that knew him so well.
The service will be at Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens, SC on Monday December 4, 2023. Visitation at 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
