Margaret Ledford Leslie

Mrs. Leslie was born in Greenville, South Carolina, on July 6,1941, to the late J.D. and Bessie Moore Ledford. She was a faithful member of Trinity Church Of God. Mrs. Leslie enjoyed volunteering and serving at the Senior Action Center, playing the piano, singing, traveling to the mountains, and baking. The thing Mrs. Leslie cherished most, was the time that she had with her family.

Mrs. Leslie is survived by three children: Randy Leslie (Angie), Terri Thompson (Jimmy) and Tony Leslie (Joy); three grandchildren Heather Bannister, Hannah Vaughn (Robert), Emily Wenstrup (Johannes); five great-grandchildren: Evan, Lici, Caiden, Brielle, and Cooper; and one brother: Steve Ledford (Andrea).

In addition to her parents and her husband of 66 years, Ralph Leslie, Mrs. Leslie was preceded in death by three siblings: Danny Ledford, Brenda (Tiny) Christensen, and Betty Jo Pomares.

A visitation for Margaret will be held Monday, September 29, 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM at Dillard Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Monday, September 29, 2025 in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home.

The committal service will follow the service at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2410 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Pickens, SC 29671.
