Mattie Ruth "Pat" Houston, 90, passed away Thursday, December 20,2018 at her home in Easley, South Carolina. Born in Pickens, South Carolina she is the daughter of the late Jacob Stokes and Nettie Gentry Stokes.
She worked for 20 years with two year old preschool children.
She is survived by a son; David Houston (Linda), two grandsons; Elliott (Michelle) and Alexander Houston one granddaughter Margaret "Maggie", One brother Sam (Tunkie) Stokes.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 pm Sunday December 23, 2018 at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
