Easley, SC - Mrs. Myrtle Lou Hudson Fowler, 83, loving wife of the late Leroy Claude Fowler, passed away Monday, May 31, 2021, at Prisma Health Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca.

Mrs. Fowler was born on March 30, 1938 to the late Luther and Dora Crenshaw Hudson. She worked in Quality Control for Bausch and Lomb, and was a member of Washington Avenue Baptist Church in Greenville. Mrs. Fowler loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

Mrs. Fowler is survived by a son: Timothy Fowler of Piedmont; two grandchildren: Katelyn Fowler of Greenville and Brandon Fowler of Piedmont; and seven siblings: Virginia Spearman, Winnie Lee Bell, Beatrice Adcox, Patricia Clark, Judy Groover, Ray Hudson, and Larry Hudson.

In addition to her loving husband and parents, Mrs. Fowler was preceded in death by a brother: Junior Hudson.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 4, 2021 in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM until 12:45 PM on Friday, prior to the service, at Dillard Funeral Home.

The family will be at their respective homes.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Prisma Health Cottingham Hospice House, Attn: Foundation office: 298 Memorial Drive, Seneca, SC 29672.
