Nellie Christene Holder, 71, was a devoted friend, loving mother and grandmother. She was born January 16,1952 in Anderson South Carolina and was the daughter of the late James Bridges and Mavis Roper Redden.
Nellie enjoyed listening to old gospel music and watching old TV shows, the Waltons in particular. She loved to sing and could often be found reading her Bible and witnessing to others about Jesus.
She is survived by her sister Frances Kelly, daughter Tanya Ramey and her son Brian Holder (Courtney).
Grandchildren Cassidy Alexander (Isaac), Reed Styles, Brianna Anthony (Coleman), Lilly Holder and Jackson Holder and a Great Grandchild Ellie Styles.
Nellie was predeceased by siblings Margaret Culbreath, George Burns, Dorothy Whitmire (Charlie), Arthur Burns, Ann Williams (Gary), and Haskel Burns (Sarah).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, Dec 1, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at Fellowship Baptist 315 Hamlin Rd. Liberty, SC 29657.
