Patricia Lynnette Moore, 51, passed way Saturday April 1, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Moore was born in Easley to the late Charles Thomas Phelps and Sylvia Ann Miles Phelps. Mrs. Phelps worked for Yokokama Industries of America. Survivors include two daughters; Krissy LeAnn Wolf (Billy) of Six Mile, Katie Lynn Moore of Liberty, two brothers; Christopher Phelps (Kimberly) of Pickens, Shawn Phelps of Six Mile, three sisters; Dayna Phelps of Six Mile, Debbie Wallace (Billy) of Pickens and April Miles of Easley. Mrs. Moore also leaves seven grandchildren to share in her memory. A visitation will be held Wednesday April 5, 2017 from 3pm until 4pm. A graveside service will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Garden at 4pm April, 5, 2017. The family will be at the home. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting www.dillardfunerals.com.
