Born in Townville, SC, on January 19, 1945, to the late Ralph Leonard Grant and Essie Irene Lollis Curren.
Patsy was a devoted pastor’s wife for many years. She found joy in gardening and in watching birds at her feeder. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and especially treasured her great-grandchild, Easton. Patsy enjoyed vacations in the mountains and at the beach, where she took special pleasure in visiting the flea market. She also had a deep affection for her beloved cats and dogs.
Patsy is survived by her loving husband, William "Bill" Robert Fendley; children, Angela J. Jones (Keith A. Jones), William Robert "Robby" Fendley Jr., (Susan Knight Fendley), Martin " Marty" Harrison Fendley (LeeAnn Fendley); grandchildren, Grant Fendley, Nicholas Jones (Chelsea), Reed Jones, Ryan Jones (Katelyn), Brooke Jones, Sophia Watson; great-grandchild, Easton Jones.
In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her sister, Willene Abercrombie (Joe); brother, Charles Kenneth Grant; and special aunt, Lena Mae Grant.
A visitation will be held at Gap Hill Baptist Church, located at 127 Gap Hill Rd, Six Mile, SC, 29682, on January 22, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm. The funeral service will follow at the same location at 2:00 pm. A committal service will also take place on the same day at Gap Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
