I had the pleasure of getting to know and care for Phillip several times over the past 10 years. He was definitely a bright light to any day. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends during this hard time.

I was very pleased when they put Phil and Ronnie together as roommates at West village. He always had the nicest manners. Ronnie is absolutely heartbroken as am I. He will really be missed. Our deepest condolences to his family. We Love you  Phil ❤️

So glad I got to meet & take care of Phillip. He always greeted me with “how you” followed by “I love you” I miss him already.

I never met Phillip but His sister in law  Tanya Roy talked about how sweet he was,and how special he was. I am so sorry for the families loss, but  so happy he is in no more pain and that he has a new body.

My condolences to Phillip's family. I was close to Phillip, and we would enjoy having breakfast together at IHOP. IHOP was the only place he wanted me to take him for this meal. We enjoyed each other's company, and I will always cherish those memories and our conversations. He was a wonderful person, and I will miss him greatly.
