Victor John Baylis, 68, of Liberty, husband of the late Linda Owens Baylis, passed away on Tuesday July 23, 2019, at his home. Born on March 19, 1951, in Queens, New York, he was the son of the late Victor and Elizabeth Baylis. He was predeceased by one sister, Joan Bauer, and was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include his son, Victor Baylis (Angel) and grandson, John Devan Baylis.
The family will receive friends on Saturday July 27, 2019, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Dillard Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow in the chapel.
