Mrs. Jones was born in Liberty, South Carolina, on May 16, 1942, to the late Columbus Loy and Cuzzie Nix Couch. She was a faithful member of Calumet Baptist Church until her health declined. Mrs. Jones loved to clean, cook, or be outside in her flower garden. The time with her family is what Mrs. Jones cherished most though. She will be missed by all of those who loved her.
Mrs. Jones is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Thomas Jones; two daughters: Amy Renee Jones Gregory (Stuart) and Amanda Victoria Jones Fenton (Kyle); two grandchildren: Noah Thomas Fenton and Kya Victoria Fenton; two sisters: Bethal Couch and Brenda Baker.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, August 7, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
A graveside service will take place on Friday August 8, at 12:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
