February 18, 1935May 3, 2021

Pickens, SC - Mrs. Vivian "Net" Duncan Watson, 86, loving wife of Leamon Watson, of Pickens, passed away Monday, May 3, 2021 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Watson was born in Pickens County on February 18, 1935 to the late Benjamin and Velma Sanders Duncan. She was the true definition of a Mother to her children, and instilled the values of what it means to be a true friend to everyone in her family. She loved growing flowers and was a great cook. After her retirement from Alice Manufacturing, she enjoyed traveling with her husband and their two special friends: Ed and Kathleen Watson. In her recent years, Leamon would "travel" with her every afternoon in the van for an adventure ride, which was the highlight of her day. She was a member of Prater's Creek Baptist Church.

In addition to her loving husband which she spent 61 blissful, wonderful years together, Mrs. Watson is survived by her children: Deanna Bolding (Terry Nation) of Clemson and Benjamin Watson (Phyllis Duncan) of Pickens; her grandchildren: Ashlynn Graves (Keon), Kayce Underhill, Cameron Underhill, and Austin Bolding; and her great-grandchildren: Eli Underhill, Lakyn Graves, Camdyn Graves, and Kannon Graves.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Watson was preceded in death by a daughter: Cam Underhill; and eight siblings.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:30 AM on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends following the services at the cemetery.

The family is at the residence.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to either Prater's Creek Baptist Church: 621 Praters Creek Rd, Pickens, SC 29671; or to the American Cancer Society via their website at https://donate3.cancer.org.

Dear Deana, Terry and Austin:
We were so sorry to hear of your loss. We remember that your mother was a lovely person with very contagious laugh. You were so fortunate to have had her so close to you for so many years: I know she was a great mother and grandmother. Clearly you learned from her example. Smile when you think of her.
With Love, Mark and Judith McKnew
