Carolyn Lyn Byars

Carolyn Lyn Byars, 57, of Saulsville passed away, Monday, June 16, 2014 following a long illness. Born February 1, 1957 at Mullens, she was the daughter of the late Mickey Byars and Essie Faye Tolliver Byars In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Byars. Carolyn attended the Ravencliff Church of God. She enjoyed hunting, bowling, flowers, working in the postal service and loved animals, especially horses and enjoyed being with her family especially Native American Heritage. Survivors include her son, Larry L. Bailey, Jr. of Saulsville 2 brothers, Douglas Byars and his wife, Dixie of Saulsville Michael Ray Byars of McGraws A sister, Sheila Kay Looper and her husband, Scott of Indianapolis, IN A grandchild, Hannah J. Cook Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Pine Grove Church Cemetery with Pastor Phillip Lafferty and Rev. Bill Goode officiating.
