Leonard Thomas Jr.

Little Leonard was born March 19, 1977 in Mullens, WV to Angela Mullins Thomas and the late Leonard S. Thomas, Sr.

He was a 1995 graduate of Pineville High School & a MSU EMT-Intermediate graduate.

He was a former employee of Jan Care Ambulance, where he treated each of his patients as his own family member.

He was currently employed at Kyle's & Johnny's Assisted Living Homes as a Resident Supervisor where he loved spending time with the residents.

He is preceded in death by his son, Leonard "Kyle" Thomas, father Leonard Thomas Sr., father-in-law John W. Lattie III, and Maternal & Paternal grandparents.

Those left to keep his memories alive are his loving wife of 17 1/2 years Rena Lattie Thomas, his baby girl, Mikayla ShiAnne Thomas, his buddy William Kody "Kody Mac" Thomas all of the home, mother Angela Mullins Thomas, of Oak Hill, WV, brothers Rocky Thomas, & companion Tammy Underwood of North Carolina, Billy "Bo" Thomas & wife Christy Thomas of New Richmond,

Scotty Thomas & companion Jaime of Lester, Mother-in- law Judy E. Lattie of Oak Hill, WV, sister in law Sandra Lynn Steele, of Oak Hill, , brother in law Chris Lattie of Pineville & many other family and friends

He was Uncle Leonard to Dee & Haileigh Steele, Timmy, Christian, Bethannie, Charlie Jo, Dalton, Sydney, Alex, Layla, Lynzie & Tyler Thomas. Megan, Connor & Jackson Lattie, & Kimberlyn. Great Uncle Leonard to Victor Steele

Leonard's love for life, family & friends, will live on in our hearts forever. His infections smile and his big laugh will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

Leonard is dancing with Kyle and the Angels in heaven until we meet again.

A celebration of Leonard’s life will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, May 27, 2016 at the Christian Fellowship Worship Center with Pastor Larry England officiating.

Burial will follow in Hickory Ridge Cemetery on Bud Mountain.

The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday at the church.
