Susan Elaine Rickman

Susan Elaine Rickman, 52 of Ravencliff, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at Bowers Hospice House following a courageous battle with cancer. Born May 23, 1963 at Newport News, VA., she was the daughter of the late Samuel Rickman and Belva Runyon Susan attended the Beth El Temple, Beckley. She enjoyed hiking, reading, watching movies, the beach and being active outdoors. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Scott Rickman and Derick Patrick. Survivors include her Sons: Brandon Noe and his wife, Morgan of Beckley Kristopher Smith of Boykins, VA Daughters: Veronica Mullens of Ravencliff Nicola Martin and her husband, Jonathan of Chesapeake, VA Sisters: Stephanie Shrewsbury of Glen Rogers Samantha Cook and her husband, Kevin of Abington, VA 13 Grandchildren A celebration of Susan’s life will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in the chapel at Calfee Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, April 19, 2016 Memorial contributions may be made in Susan’s name to Hospice of Southern West Virginia, P.O.
