She was born on December 28, 1936 to the late John and Grace Costa. She enjoyed bowling, playing volleyball, and playing poker. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Charles Dax; grandson, Ron Dax; and 12 siblings.
She is survived by her children, Ron (Trish) Dax, David Dax; Jeffrey (Mary) Dax, Steven (Amy) Dax, and Janice (Stan) Glinski; grandchildren, Amber Schmitt, Dave Dax Jr., Kelli Talarico, Kevin Dax, Rachel Short, Joshua Glinski, and Brooke Glinski; and seven great-grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to a memorial visitation on Friday, November 3 from 11 AM until the time of the memorial service at 2 PM at H.P. Brandt Funeral Home.
