Jody, Jay and John,

     So sad to hear about Bea. As I pass the farmhouse with the candles in the windows, I always think about how symbolic that image is in reference to Bea and John. They were so kind and welcoming to us. Bea was such a loving and positive person. She ended every encounter with a warm hug. I will truly miss that. I still miss John, too, with his deep voice and endless smile. Please know that many of us on Markman Park loved her and John. We will miss them.

Every day on my way to work I drive past the empty house and think of all the time I have visited John and Bee. My husband and I have fond memories of your mother and dad. We built our home directly across the street from your parents and they would stroll over to check on the construction progress, but more importantly to get to know us and welcome us onto Markman Park.
At one of our Christmas parties Bea noticed I had no serving spoons. The next week a package arrived with 2 beautiful serving pieces in it from her. We think of her each time we use them.
We will cherish the memories always.

To Bea's Family, my deepest sympathy.
I lived across from her and John for many years and have many fond memories of them both. I will always cherish and remember their warm welcome when my husband and I first moved here.  May she now join John in their final resting place in peace and love.

John, Jay, & Jody, I'm am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom.I grew up a few houses up the street from you, and always enjoyed seeing what antique car your family might be driving up the road. Your Mom was always so nice to me, and would always ask how my family was doing. May you find comfort in knowing that she is at peace. My deepest sympathy.
