Billie L. Kissel
August 24, 1955 – April 28, 2018
Billie L. Kissel, age 62 of Moon Township, formerly of the North Side, passed away on Saturday, April 28th, 2018, after an extensive battle with cancer. She was the devoted wife of twenty-three years to Daniel E. Kissel; loving mother of Sherry Goodman and her husband Scott of Struthers, Ohio and Melissa Scherling of McKees Rocks; proud Grandma "Mum-Ma" of Jaimie, Andrew, Kasey, Johnny, Cody, Brianna, Joey, Jared, Arianna and Briella; sister of Laura Wilson and her late husband John of Beechview, Jackie Ussack and her late husband John of West View. She was the daughter of the late Patricia and Carl Stevenson. Billie was also preceded in death by her sister, Helen McKay, surviving husband Reggie; niece of the late Judy Simmons and her late husband Jimmy and Alice Vance and her husband Rich. There will be no visitation. Family and friends will be received from 6 PM until the time of Memorial Service being held on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Highway, (Ross Township), 412-364-4444. Billie an incredible Spirit, will always be remembered for her whit, her will and her ability to battle any challenge. Billie meant the world to me. She was there for me no matter what! I'd still be driving without a licence if it weren't for her Lol. She had a huge heart n so much wisdom to offer n I soaked it all up.. I loved learning different things from her. Life will not be the same. 💔
