Brenda’s life was defined by love, resilience, and an unwavering work ethic. She spent her early adult years in Alabama, where she raised her children, and later made her home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. No matter where she lived, Brenda made it home for those she loved.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Brenda worked tirelessly—often holding two jobs, never once complaining and always putting others before herself. She was known for her kindness, humor, and selfless heart. Brenda had a true joy for life and a remarkable ability to never let life’s challenges slow her down.
She loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, shopping, anything sparkly, and most of all, spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her laughter, warmth, and strength will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Brenda is survived by her husband, Mike Gorring; her daughters, Amanda Arrigo, Michelle Arrigo, and Alexandra Arrigo; and her cherished grandchildren, Kaeden, Maddie, and Jacob. She is also survived by her sisters, Barb Coppinger and Audrey Parfitt, and her brothers, William Parfitt and Kenny Parfitt.
Brenda’s legacy lives on through the love she gave so freely and the family she held so close. She will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
