Poem of Life

Life is but a stopping place,
A pause in what's to be,
A resting place along the road,
to sweet eternity.
We all have different journeys,
Different paths along the way,
We all were meant to learn some things,
but never meant to stay...
Our destination is a place,
Far greater than we know.
For some the journey's quicker,
For some the journey's slow.
And when the journey finally ends,
We'll claim a great reward,
And find an everlasting peace,
Together with the Lord.

Dear Wayne, Bill and Wendy,
I send you my love and sympathy in the loss of Uncle Chuck. I got to know him pretty well during all the summer vacations I had at his and Aunt Jane's home when I was young. I also remember the time he took me for my first trip to the zoo. Some years later he gave me a photo of myself that he carried in his wallet through the war. It was a bit tattered but is very precious to me. I'll be thinking of you all in the coming days.

With Deepest Sympathy.

May it comfort you to know
That your loved one
is at peace
and in the loving arms
of our Lord.

Dear Wayne, Bill and Wendy, Tom and I offer our deepest sympathy in the loss of your father, our Beloved Uncle Chuck. Oh, we do have some awesome memories, don't we. From our early childhood days, our families got together often, and the memories are priceless. We cousins have fond memories of those get-to-gethers, and how much fun we always had. Later on, our family reunions also gave us a great chance to visit and enjoy each other's company. Once again, we offer our deepest sympathy to you, your spouses and children. Love, Tom and Diane
