David L Hunkele

David L. Hunkele, age 72, passed away peacefully August 24, 2017, but will remain forever in our hearts. Survived by longtime companion Donna Cleaver; beloved father of Sharon Sheets (Larry), Darlene Bashioum (Mike), David P. Hunkele; husband of Betty L. (Brant) Hunkele; loving grandfather of Nicole (Craig), Mindy, Missy, Kate, Ashley; loving great grandfather to Kensi, Khloe; brother of Ralph T. (Margaret), Herbert E. (Regina), Kenneth J. (Barb), and Kathleen T. Weaver. David attended Risen Lord Parish; he was a longtime coach of football and softball. Friends will be received Saturday from 6-8pm and Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8pm in the HP Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Hwy, Ross Twp., 412 364 -4444. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 12:30pm in Risen Lord Parish, 3250 California Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. Interment in United Cemeteries.
