Elizabeth Bendinelli

Born on August 7, 1924, Elizabeth was a resident of McKeesport, Pennsylvania.Elizabeth (Betty) Giannangeli Bendinelli passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on June 11, 2026. . She was born on August 7, 1924 in Turtle Creek , PA to James and Mary (Tamarelli). Giannangeli.

Betty was a strong and extremely talented craftsman and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She overcame great obstacles in her life and excelled at every opportunity life presented her.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lido Bendinelli, brother Joseph G’Angeli, sister Beatrice Ciao and beloved granddaughter Rochelle Hager.

She is survived by her children, daughter Denise (Mark) Williams, son Lee (Angel) Bendinelli, daughter Sandra (Dean) Hager with whom she lived for 20 years, grandchildren Nicholas Bendinelli, Deanna (Drew) Yourick, Elizabeth Bendinelli and great grandchildren Adalynn Bendinelli, Ella Yourick and Grayson Yourick. She is also survived by her sister Linda (Jim) Mcallister and numerous nieces and nephews.

Special thanks and eternal gratitude to her selfless caregivers Maryann Lawson and Pamela Graham who stood by her and our family for the past two years. Heartland Hospice also played a significant role in caring for her and keeping her comfortable.

Betty was a member of Mary Mother of God parish and we thank Father Terry O,Connor for administering all her last sacraments.

She will be laid to rest next to her husband in a private ceremony in Ft. Pierce, Fl
