On Wednesday, November 13, 2013, Evelyn, 87, of City View/Spring Hill. Devoted wife of over 65 years of the late James E. Fowler, Sr.; loving mother of James E., Jr., Wayne D. and Thomas M. Fowler; proud grandmother of eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sister of the late Laverne Kantz. Ev was a member of the Holy Wisdom Parish, St. Boniface Church's Over 50 Club. Friends received Tuesday from 10 until Noon at the HEARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4047 Perrysville Avenue, Observatory Hill, where a Blessing Service will be held at Noon. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park.
