Roger Higgins, 78, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away, Sunday, September 29,
2013 in Greenville, SC. after a sudden illness.
He was born February 15, 1935 to John L. and Jeannetta Andrews Higgins of
the New Harmony Community in Union County.
He is survived by two sons, Rod [Sue] Higgins of Uniontown, Pa, Scott
[Cory] Higgins of Hookstown, PA. A daughter, Kimberly Rowe of Greenville,
SC.
Six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A special Grand Pet,
Peanut.
Two brothers, Reggie [Bonnie] Higgins of New Carlisle, Indiana, Ross
[Loretta] Higgins of Conway, Arkansas, one sister, Lanelle [Jimmy] Tate of
Pontotoc, MS. And a host of nieces and nephews.
Roger was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Baczewski Higgins, his
parents, a sister and brother-in-law, Katie and Travis Knighton of Amory,
MS.
There will be no visitation, services are private.
