Glenn A. Prady Jr., 71, of McCandless Township, passed away on November 15, 2025, at Geauga Medical Center in Chardon, Ohio. Born on February 17, 1954, in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, Glenn lived a full and vibrant life centered on family, laughter, and adventure.
Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Debora J. Prady; his daughters Megan Leese (Jimmy) and Anissa Dailey (Randy); his son Glenn A. Prady III; and his grandson Joseph Leese. He is also survived by his siblings Jeff Prady (Jeannie), Kevin Prady (Sarah), and Kay Prady (Jeff).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn A. Prady Sr. and Georgia Jane Prady; his sister Glenda Prady; and his granddaughter Julia Elizabeth Leese.
Glenn dedicated much of his career to Quaker Valley School District, where he served as Director of Transportation, Buildings, and Grounds until his retirement in 2000. Retirement only expanded his passions—Glenn spent over 30 years as a beloved charter boat captain of the Debi Duz on Lake Erie, a place he deeply loved. An avid fisherman and hunter, he traveled the world pursuing the sports he cherished.
A proud Master Mason, Glenn joined North Hills Lodge in March of 2000 and remained a faithful member in good standing for more than 25 years.
A natural storyteller, Glenn loved sharing memories, jokes, and tales that could light up any room. He passed along his vast love and deep knowledge of music to everyone around him. A true hobbyist, he collected classic vehicles, repaired and collected model trains, and was a self-made chef whose cooking brought joy to many. He loved to laugh, loved his family fiercely, and especially cherished his role as a grandfather. His two loyal chihuahuas, Lilly and Hazel, were never far from his side.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 20, from 2–4 PM and 6–8 PM at H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA 15237
Funeral services will take place on Friday, November 21, at 10:00 AM at Allison Park Church, 2326 Duncan Ave, Allison Park, PA 15101
Glenn will be remembered for his generous spirit, his humor, his passions, and the countless moments he created with those he loved. His wish for family and friends is to “Keep on Rollin’ with the Flow.”
