Janet H. Vish, 73, of Avalon, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2014. Beloved wife of 50 years to Dom Vish. Loving mother of David Vish; sister of Theresa L. Hartman, Kenneth E. (Dee), Robert P. (Bill Behmke), and Wayne A. Hartman. Janet was a Charter and very active member of the North Hills Alliance Church and was the administrative assistant for the vice president of the Pittsburgh Foundation.
Friends received Tuesday, March 4, 2014 from 1-4pm and 6-8pm at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Inc., 1014 California Ave., Avalon, 412-766-5600. A memorial service will be held 10am on Monday, March 10, 2014 at the North Hills Alliance Church, 2298 Rochester Rd., Pittsburgh, 15237. Interment will be at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. In lieu of flowers memorials suggested to the North Hills Alliance Church.
