John passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018 at the age of 62. He is survived by his loving wife Lynn Cress. Loving father of his girls Shelby and Madison Cress. Stepfather of Sean Miller and Ashley McBride. Proud grandfather of Isabelle McBride. He is survived by his proud mother Mildred Cress. Brother of Bill(Pam) Cress.
Further survived by nieces, other relatives and friends. John will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a devoted husband, loving father, helpful son, a Harley motorcycle rider, a dog lover, and a true wood wizard of his time.
Private family services were held. Memorial donations may be made in John’s name to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
