We’ve known “Big Dan” for the last 12 years when he moved in beside my Mom & Dad’s house. Great neighbor, always enjoyed his company, his “WIT” and his “Shin-Digs.” We will miss him!

We lived across the road from Dan for 12 yrs. Every single time he saw us outside, he yelled a very LOUD friendly "HI NEIGHBOR!" across the road so we could hear it over the passing cars. He would often drop over and visit us and our kids on his 4-Wheeler and give treats to our dog out of his coffee can bungeed to his ATV. It has been very quiet the past week without our "Hi NEIGHBOR" and we will miss our greeting and him very much.

I have only known Dan for 2 years and can only describe my friendship with him as different, very different. I’m sure everyone who knew Dan knows what I mean. We had our disagreements but I will truly miss him.
