Age 71, of Franklin Park, on Monday, February 6, 2012. Son of the late Benedict and Cecelia Milbert; brother of Diana (Joe) Harrold and the late Bernadette Landis; also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. Joey was a member of Together with Retarded Youth (T.R.Y.) and attended the Mercy Adult Center in Ross Twp. Friends will be received on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the H.P.
