

Lesley's was a devoted, patient, and gentle soul, embodying bravery and resilience throughout her life. Her early years included living in Paris as a teenager, and she was a graduate of both North Allegheny High School and The American School of Paris.
In her professional life, Lesley's worked in retail at Hornes, where she enjoyed fashion design before devoting herself to caring for others at Vincentian Home.
Lesley was married to her loving husband, Dan McKinney, for 27 wonderful years. Their love story began in their early 20s, with a chance meeting in a McDonald’s parking lot. Together, they traveled extensively, enjoying trips to their favorite wineries in Geneva on The Lake, Ohio, and Loudoun County, Virginia. Most of all, they shared a passion for Civil War history.
Lesley was the beloved daughter of Doug and Susan Griebling and the eldest sister to Dawn Lenker (Josh) and Jessica Ahbul-Rahman (Jordan). She was also the proud aunt to Owen, Eli, Lilly, Nicole, and Brandon. She was the Cat Mom to Shiloh and Cheyenne.
Lesley’s family expresses their deepest gratitude for the compassionate care she received at the AHN Wexford Pavilion Oncology Center. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved her.
Friends will be received at H.P. Brandt Funeral Home 1032 Perry Highway Pittsburgh PA 15237 on Friday October 24th from 3-7 PM with a service following at 7 PM.
