Barbara and I are so saddened by the news of Lois' passing. She and George were good friends with my parents and my wife Barbara and I. They enjoyed visiting us in Pinehurst NC where Lois and my mother Marg would spend their days shopping for things they didn't need and enjoying a fun time at lunch. George, my dad(Bob) and myself would hit the links playing all the different courses in Pinehurst and Southern Pines then we all would have dinner where both Lois and George used some language that Southern waitresses might never have heard before. It all made for some great memories. Lois had a contagious laugh and a wonderful sense of humor. She was a great wife, friend and companion to George and a wonderful mother and grandmother. Barbara and I will miss Lois and hope George will make his way to Pinehurst again soon.
