On Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Broadmore Assisted Living, Bridgeville, PA; Mary E. in her 93rd year, of Bethel Park; born September 2, 1919 to Julius and Sophie Urcavish; Wife of the late Paul Castanet; Mother of Ronald Castanet of McDonald, PA. and Paulette (Brian) Burns of Shiloh, IL; Grandmother of Christopher (Dawn) Burns, Ian (Allison) Burns; Ryan Castanet and Morgan Castanet; Great-Grandmother of Nathan Burns; Sister of the late William, Michael and Joseph. From an early age Mary spent a great deal of her life as a waitress and all of her life serving family and friends. She is a member of St. Valentine Catholic Church. Friends received Friday 7-9 PM at the GRIFFITH MORTUARY, INC., 5636 Brownsville Road, Broughton-Curry-South Park Twp. Where Blessing Services will be held on Saturday at 2 PM with Fr. Albert L. Zaps, officiating. Interment immediately following at Jefferson Memorial Park.
