Mercedes Oliver

Health Center. She was preceded in death in 2011 by her loving husband of 58 years, Herbert F. Oliver, Sr.

Born September 18, 1929, in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late David and Catherine (Connelley) Gillooly.

Mercedes was a member of St. Ferdinands Catholic Church in Cranberry. She enjoyed watching western shows, reading books, solving word searches and spending time with her two lovable cats Mr. Whiskers and Fuzzy Bum.

Surviving are her children, Herbert F. Oliver, Jr. (Renata), Beth Ann Hardy (Steve), Mercedes L. Martino (Bennie) and Amy M. Oliver (Bill Ortiz); Grandchildren, Dominika, Stephen and Chris; Great-Grandchildren, Mateo and Leum; One brother, Daniel Gillooly (Norma).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three siblings.

In keeping with her wishes, services will be private. Internment will take place at Pine Wood Cemetery, Cranberry.
