Paul M. Wadlow

Paul M."Pidgey" Wadlow, age 68, of Cranberry Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Friday July 27, 2018. Paul was born March 29, 1950 in Pittsburgh. Loving husband of 34 years to Nancy Ann (DeLullo) Wadlow; loving father to Paula (Adam) Mellinger, Jackie (Joseph) Scullion, Josh (Nikki) Pastor; proud grandfather to Mark and Cole Schinzel, Corey and Hallie Rose Mellinger and Caleb Pastor. Also survived by brother Joseph (Marcia) Wadlow, and sisters Helen (Norman) Voltz and Barbara Vaughn, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents John "Chick" and Pauline (Turek) Wadlow. Paul was a golden glove champ, and was the longest tenured employee at Monte Cello's Restaurant. Paul was known for his quick wit, laughing with his wife, golfing with his brother and grandson, and family get togethers.
Friends will be received Wednesday August 1, 2018 from 2-4pm & 6-8pm in the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Inc., 1014 California Ave., Avalon (412-766-5600), where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 11am. Over the years Jackie and Joe have provided me and my family the opportunity to spend time with PAUL during the holidays. His genuine warmth and sincerity spoke so well regarding the wonderful character that he had. Christmas won’t seem the same without PAUL.My condolences to all of you, Janet Scullion

Wadlow family.......Our memories go back to Avalon when we were all just kids. Paul was forever smiling as most little brothers do. ..
