Richard J. Mueller was born in Millvale, PA to William Mueller and Marcella Ranker. He grew up with his brothers William, twin brother Joseph and James.
He is survived by a sister in law, Barbara Mueller, 7 nephews (Michael, Matthew, Andrew, Ronald, Michael, Mark, Stephen) and 2 nieces (Alison, Margaret). He was preceded in passing by his parents and brothers.
A viewing will be held at 2 - 4 pm and 6 - 8 pm on Friday, 1/7/2022 at the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. The funeral service will be held at the same location on Saturday, 1/8/2022 at 10 am. Family members will be present to welcome loved ones.
