Robert leaves behind his loving children; son Robert Charles Russell and his daughter Kimberly Jean Russell along with his two cherished granddaughters Kaitlyn Marie Russell and Zoe Jean Russell.
He’s survived by his sister Nancy Virginia Latshaw.
Robert worked for 26 years in the Pittsburgh city school district as a commercial art teacher at South Vo-Tech High School. Additionally he had his own sign painting business where he free handed lettered signs for many businesses in Pittsburgh. He served our county honorably in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Friends are welcomed to the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home at 1032 Perry Hwy,Pittsburgh Pa. 15237 on Monday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM followed by full Military Honors at Mount Royal Cemetery 2700 Mt. Royal Blvd. Glenshaw Pa 15116.
