Roy was the loving Husband of Sally Bortmess of 63 years. He was the father of Jill Eichner, Pam Mueller (Glenn), and Kurt Bortmess. He was spoiled by four Grandchildren Tim, Troy, Ethan, and Emily. Roy also had 3 Great Grandchildren Patrick, Sally, Hattie.
Roy was an avid Outdoorsman who loved Hunting and Fishing. Roy especially loved working outside in his yard and garden. Roy was a proud Veteran of the United States Army and was a lifelong member of the Masonic Lodge.
Friends will be received at HP Brandt Funeral Home 1032 Perry Highway Pittsburgh, PA 15237 on Sunday August 3rd from 1-4 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at HP Brandt Funeral Home at 10AM Monday August 4th
