Ruth was my Great Aunt through marriage, whom I have known for over 50 years. I loved her and admired her down to earth view of life as well as her strength and tenacity. She was intelligent, quick witted, genuine and tough!  I will miss her more than words can express.  God speed, Ruth.

My sympathy to Ruth's daughter and grandson.  She was quite the story teller -- very interesting.  I talked to her right before Christmas and am really glad I did.  I will miss talking to her on the phone.

I have known Ruth for about 20 years. She was smart, real and always had a good story to tell. We shared many laughs through the years. Sad but know she is in good hands up above. Condolences to all her family and friends.

Ruth and I became friends 45+ years ago when we both worked for the same doctor.  She lived across the street from his office and I enjoyed many delicious lunches from her. After I got married both my husband and I enjoyed her dinners. I will truly miss her.  I am so glad I got to talk to her on the phone before Christmas. I know God will bless her and Gloria and her family.

Ruth was a very good friend to my mother, Nancy Uhl. I enjoyed her straightforward demeanor balanced with warmth and witty humour. She was always out and about in Perrysville, and I will miss seeing her there. My Deepest Sympathies to her family.
